Yet here we have President Barack Obama laughing when a comedian accuses Rush Limbaugh of participating in 9-11, and then saying she hopes he dies.

Jesus. there goes the fringe-right all up in arms because they don't know how to take their lumps like grownups.
After watching the wingnuts on the right (in all seriousness) continually compare Obama to Hitler, sorry if I think saying (in jest) that we would be better off without a fat, stupid, treasonous, drug-addict is perfectly justifiable.
